How do I ensure the best burn for my Glasshouse Fragrances candle?

To get the most out of your candle, always trim the wicks to 7mm before lighting. On the first burn, ensure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the glass to prevent tunneling. We recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. Our candles are made with a proprietary soy-blend wax and contain no animal-derived ingredients, making them vegan-friendly.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We offer standard shipping across the country with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?

We want you to love your scent. If you are unsatisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or opened body care products.

Are Glasshouse Fragrances jars recyclable?

Absolutely. Once your candle has 10mm of wax remaining, discontinue use and clean the jar with warm soapy water. Our high-quality glass jars are designed to be repurposed as beauty organizers, flower vases, or storage containers.
